Our 3/4 of a mile walk that took 40 minutes

Today is turning out to be a really gorgeous day, more than I expected it to be. It's just after 12 here and it's just above 60 degrees. So I decided to take Hannah for a walk, the unconventional kind. Instead of strapping her in her stroller, I let her strap her baby doll into the stroller and down the road we went. Hannah pushed her baby in the stroller for almost the entire walk. She had her purse and her (my) cell phone and keys in the basket of the stroller. We stopped to look at every puddle and ponder every dog. She stopped a handful of times to check her phone. Sometimes she just tapped the screen (mimicking a text message is my guess) and other times she stopped and held the phone to her ear. A couple of times she lifted the front of the stroller by pushing down and exclaiming "weeeeeee." As the title demonstrates, it took us quite a while to complete our walk and for the last 5 minutes or so I had to carry Hannah and her stroller. But this is the reason I wanted to stay home with her. =)

How I spent my Valentines Day

Picking out David's off duty handgun. That's right, we spent the good portion of Valentines Day in a firing range so that I could convey to David which handgun I felt the most comfortable with. For those of you curious, it was the Springfield XD 40 but it's a little bigger than David wants to have for concealment purposes so he's going to go with the XD sub compact, which is alright. Much better than the glock compact I shot. It wasn't bad though. I like shooting with David, because he teaches me how to shoot better. There are two pictures of our target on here, David's shots are in the head, mine are all in the chest. I hope everyone else had just as much fun on their Valentines Day as I did!
