My First Auto Accident

This afternoon, Hannah and I were driving home from picking two 5 gallon buckets of apples out at my dad's when another vehicle struck the front left side of my Escape, which by the way is just barely 2 months old! I was in the middle turning lane, attempting to make the left onto the street that goes into my neighborhood. There was a car sitting on that street, attempting to make a left onto the main street. The driver had a stop sign. He turned, as I was turning, and smacked right in to the front end of my car. No airbags deployed, everyone was okay. Hannah immediately got a little upset, but I was able to calm her down in a matter of minutes. It was pretty scary for me. I immediately panicked, I thought I had done something wrong, something that was going to cost us a lot of money. Once David got there, I calmed down. He was able to tell me that the accident was not my fault. As far as damage goes, I'm pretty lucky; the other driver, not so much. The other car was a Ford Focus, so my Escape parked on their hood. I'm glad no one was hurt, it still sucks though! David managed to pop the bumper back out, all the way. And he also reattached it to the rest of the vehicle. Here's my pretty Escape, not looking so pretty right now!

Hannah and Ethan, plus inside views of our house!

Here's some photo's of Hannah and Ethan's play date today. They colored, and played in Hannah's room and also had "cake and tea." They stickered their body parts, played with the babies, at one point Ethan was wearing Hannah's purple necklace. They are so funny together. When they're together, their personalities are more apparent, probably because of the contrast. Any-who, I love watching Hannah interact with other children. So hurry and get here Vivian!

There's even a picture of our living room!

Garden Hannah

Here's some photo's of Hannah continuing the Davis legacy of gardening. We're starting her out young in hopes that when she's older she'll still want to do all the stuff that isn't so much fun! There's Hannah on the gardening cart. This was when we were still out at my dad's, and we were planting a small section of veggies in my dad's garden. The two of my dad and her were taken last night. They hoarded a watermelon all to themselves. They busted it open and ate the heart of it, leaving the rest for the birds. Finally, there are two of David and Hannah shelling peas about a week ago. She was adamant on helping, so we let her. Letting her help was worth the loss of a couple peas!

The mystery poop

When Hannah woke up this morning, she pointed to something in her crib and said "poo poo." So I bent down to inspect what she was talking about, and sure enough, it was poop. I thought she had just pooped overnight and it had come out of her diaper. I was wrong. There was poop on Hannah, in her sheets, and some of her stuffed animals......but none in her diaper? Makes me wonder, just where did that poop come from?
